Stone Crest Master HOA

The clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and playground are part of the Stone Crest HOA amenities. Stone Crest is made up of five neighborhoods: Glynwood, Regency Oaks, Grovehurst, Foxcrest, and Grove Park.

How do I pay my HOA dues?

Do exterior changes to my home require HOA approval?

All exterior changes to your home require HOA approval. (example: new roof, painting, fencing, adding a pool, etc.)

Please fill out the ARC request form (download below) and email with any supported documents to the property manager.

What are the approved colors for painting my home?

All painting requests must be choosen from the approved color list found on the Sherwin Williams Homeowners Association Color Archive.

Grove Park HOA uses the Foxcrest HOA list.

When are the garbage pickup days?

Garbage pickup days are Tuesday and Friday.

Yard Waste and bulky items get picked up on Wednesday.

How can I dispose of tires?

The City collects a maximum of four car tires per household, per year. The City does not collect truck tires. Please call 407-656-2256 to schedule a pickup.

How do I rent the clubhouse for an event?

The Stonecrest Clubhouse is available to any resident of Grove Park that is current on their HOA dues. Max occupancy is 40 people

How do I get a pool access card?

If you have lost or damaged or need to purchase a Pool Gate Access Card:
